Most major plans in Texas — Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Baylor Scott & White, Curative, First Health and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid. Insurance covers your visits and labs; the medication is the flat price above either way.
